Natural sand gets more expensive and further away every year. Manufactured sand, produced in a VSI and classified by fineness modulus, replaces natural sand in concrete, mortar and precast, with controlled shape and curve.
Leimeng offers two routes. Dry: the LZ tower with VSI, multi-stage screening, dust removal and automatic fineness modulus control. Washed: MBS rod mill or VSI followed by a spiral or wheel washer, dewatering screen and ZKX fines recovery.
Fines recovery is what separates a profitable line from one that dumps fine sand in the pond: it recovers particles the washer loses and reduces the solids in the process water.
