Graded aggregate, stone dust, riprap and manufactured sand for concrete, asphalt and road base. The Leimeng line runs from the primary jaw crusher to the sand washer.
A quarry sells grading: 0 to 5, 5 to 12, 12 to 25 and 25 to 50 mm aggregate, stone dust, riprap and, increasingly, manufactured sand. The plant layout exists to deliver those fractions with cubic shape and a stable curve at the lowest cost per tonne.
Leimeng supplies the whole line: grizzly feeder, primary jaw crusher, cone or impact crusher on the secondary, VSI on the tertiary for shape and sand, inclined screens in closed circuit and, when the market asks for it, washing and fines recovery.
For quarries between 30 and 300 tonnes per hour, track-mounted and skid-mounted sets shorten start-up. Above that, a stationary plant on foundations delivers the lowest operating cost.

Indicative pre-selection from the tables published by Leimeng. Final sizing considers work index, moisture, feed size, product curve and utilisation factor. An application engineer validates the layout before the proposal.

Track-mounted station from the 300 t/h series, delivered and commissioned on the project site.

Four HPY300 multi-cylinder cone crushers in parallel on the secondary and tertiary crushing of granite.

ZW0730 feeder, PE500×750 jaw crusher and two PEX250×1200 units in the group's first plant on the continent.
