Primary to tertiary crushing of gold, copper, iron, manganese and limestone ore, with the product designed for grinding and concentration rather than for aggregate.
At the mine the crusher does not sell a product: it prepares the mill feed. The goal is to reduce run-of-mine to a stable size, below 10 to 13 millimetres, with the lowest energy use and the least wear on abrasive material.
Leimeng serves gold ore in quartz veins, copper, iron and manganese with the same three-stage circuit: jaw or gyratory on the primary, coarse-chamber cone on the secondary and fine-chamber cone in closed circuit with a screen on the tertiary.
For medium and large mines the PXZ gyratory takes the truck directly and dispenses with bin and feeder. For smaller deposits the GC jaw crusher and the DH/DS cone deliver the same product at proportional investment.
Leimeng process engineering works from the client's mass balance and, when the project requires it, delivers the plant under EPC or EPC+O, with contracted operation.

Indicative pre-selection from the tables published by Leimeng. Final sizing considers work index, moisture, feed size, product curve and utilisation factor. An application engineer validates the layout before the proposal.
Send the ore, the capacity and the P80 your mill needs. Process engineering answers with the circuit and the models.
