The stationary plant is the choice for a long-life deposit and steady demand. Equipment sits on concrete foundations and steel structure, with bins, conveyors and screens sized for the nominal capacity and for scheduled stops.
The initial cost is higher than mobile sets, but the cost per tonne is the lowest: electric motors, planned maintenance and high unit capacity. Leimeng supplies from the feeder to the sand washer and, under EPC, the civil works and erection.
