Installation and maintenance

InstallationCrusher assembled and no-load tested at the factory; dismantled into components for transport and reassembled on a levelled foundation.
LubricationPeriodic bearing lubrication; grease replaced every 3 to 6 months; hydraulic system oil as per the manual.
Common faultsAbnormal vibration, overload, chamber packing, uneven liner wear; diagnosed by the field engineer.
